  I was the only one in line and stood at the counter for 10 -15 minutes before I was waited on. I never saw the pharmacist anywhere behind the counter. There was 4 kids (18 years old ) behind the counter playing around. After getting a call that our script was ready I get there to find out it wasn't ready.The poor kid behind the counter couldn't answer any of my questions. He said it would be 2 days before the insurance would approve it. We needed it today not 2 days later. I will be searching for a new pharmacy that understands what customer service is.
