    I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I took my car in for tint on the front to windows (surely they can do it - it's in their name) because we bought it out of state (brand new) and now that I had to get my 2 year inspection here, the tint the package came with was too dark for Texas law. Well, I was thrilled that they only took about 1.5 hours, but then I found out why... There were HUGE scratches on the driver's side window (the glass, not the tint), and both windows had a lot of bubbles due to dirt and stuff under the tint. When I brought it back and complained, they said that it was either there before, or I did it. Please explain how I can scratch my glass without making a mark in the tint on top of it?! They said they would fix the passenger window tint and redo the driver's side to make sure it was the glass. This time they had my car ALL DAY. I get there to pick it up again and there are still issues with the passenger window (a few less spots), and even a few little scratches in the glass on this one now. Also, they had a piece of Limo tint on my driver's side window to show me that maybe I just didn't notice the HUGE scratches with my dark tint from before. IT WASN"T THAT DARK BEFORE, and I was driving it for almost 2 years! After fighting with the owner, he agreed to "do whatever I thought was right." He agreed to replace the driver's window and tint it again. Well, they had my car for the whole day again, and when I got it back, it was the WRONG window! We had even talked about my car coming with Laminated windows in the front in stead of Tempered. Apparently, Laminated was more expensive to replace. Also, one of the guys asks me if I had been in an accident that could have damaged my window before (again trying to blame me) because they pulled the carfax on my car and it said I had an accident. REALLY?!! They send me home with my untinted, badly scratched original window until they can get in the new correct one. A week later, I called because I hadn't heard anything. Yes, it is in. Again, they had my car all day. When I finally call to see if it is ready, they said they hadn't even done anything to it because the window they got in was damaged. They will order another one. I called them in a few days, that shipment was also damaged, they will get another one a few days. I call, it is in. Surprise, they had my car all day. When I get it back, the owner is not there. I told the guy who gave it to me that there were scratches yet again (I took pictures there this time). He said they were just marks in the tint and they would go away in 2 weeks. They didn't. I have tried to get in touch with the owner numerous times with no response. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and request as well. Below are pictures of their work. The windows look horrible and their customer service is seriously lacking.
