  First off, the tech was a hour and a half late, second, the max i could get is 5 even though i paid for 18 for a whole year, third, the company refuses to give us more than 5 because we have to pay extra, and lastly, the customer service sucks, the wifi is slower than my dead grandma, and its just over all a bad and terrible experience!!!

  Just called to ask for prices for a replacement handset and the sales rep was rude, ignorant, and a complete smart ass. I will be porting out to another carrier because of this.
