  My wife and I came in to upgrade and Kesha helped us out. She actually took the time to explain plans and options; she treated us like we were valued customers instead of speed bumps on the way to quitting time, and my understanding is that all the folks here are just as helpful and customer service oriented. OTHER SPRINT STORES AND SPRINT CORPORATE, TAKE A CUE FROM 82ND AND SLIDE IN LUBBOCK: This is the way you retain customers.

  I used to get great service from this store regardless of my needs and have been a sprint customer for years. Here recently the service has gone down hill. I've been in a couple times and have only gotten the help I need once. The last time I went in I got looked at like I was stupid for being there and like if I wasn't buying a phone from them I was just in the way.
