  Sad... this used to be the best auto parts store in Lubbock. I was there last Sunday morning to 'beat the rush.' There was one elderly gentlemen staff member working with another customer. We were waiting up front for a good 10-15 minutes before an employee acknowledged our presence. The younger guy that finally waited on us looked 1/2 stoned, moved in low gear and, after 20 minutes, gave us the wrong part. The other customers and I watched in disbelief as 3 employees came and went, careful to avoid eye contact. One of them came to the front just as we were leaving and asked if we needed help. Nope... a half hour late, maybe next time.
