  I bought 2 full sized matreses and box springs from them less than 2 months ago, literally on the first week I had my box spring it was making snapping noises I thought it was normal wear and tear so I didn't think anything of it last night I said on the end of my bed and the box spring literally cracked and broke the mattress is fine. So I called today knowing I have a 10 year warranty on it I called them because that's what you do when things break you call the person where you buy it I was told that I wouldn't be able to get any help because I can't bring my box spring to them for them to take pictures of I had them deliver it and they did not work with me and they were extremely rude on the phone and unable to empathize with what I was dealing with. The girl who was there and sold them to me was a sweetheart, the gentleman was completely unwilling to help me in any way. His voice was like he didn't even care that something that came from his story broke!
