Our cashier (who was very friendly!) paged for an associate, the associate went back to the garden center with our tree and us in tow. He laid it on the netting table and literally vanished. We waited there for 30 minutes he never showed up. Another family was waiting as well. So my husband and the other families males netted our tree and trimmed it (with the chainsaw laying there) as well as ours! Very dissatisfied!
