  CAREFUL OF THE UPSALE!!!! Spend around $2,700 for engagement ring and my wedding band. Constantly used their fear bating to get me to spend $180 protection plan for a $600 ring. WHAT???? Even it being a while gold mens plain band, they still kept warning me that if my ring gets mangled (yes the ring on my finger. If my ring is mangled then so will be my finger) they will fix it if I got the extra protection. They even said the protection plan would cover cleaning and buffing away scratches even though there is a sign that says this is a free service. After I bought my band, I asked them to size it to my correct size, they said they wouldn't because I didn't buy the protection plan and said it would be $18 to resize. I JUST SPENT $2,700 ON RINGS AT YOUR STORE!!!!! You can't comp me $18? Waste of time. Go elsewhere for your jewelry.
