I spent over 50$ on a charm and had it sodderd onto a bracelet for my expectant wife. She received her gift in a plastic zip lock bag. The woman who helped me the day before was extremely helpful her name was Sandra, she was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately not all ther other employees had that same manner.
