  I was a costumer for many years and should have dropped them a long time ago. First of all, the salesman push what they want you to have, NOT what you ask for. Secondly, their customer service is horrendous, it seems like most every time I would call to set up and appointment for their faulty equipment, they would tell me they would have a tech call me. After a few days of no response I would call back and would get the typical apology from their office. About their techs, during a service one decided to rummage through my kitchen and used my clean dishes to soak batteries in and then just left them on the kitchen counter!! Most importantly, as in a prior review, they do not check to ensure your system is still online. This is a huge deal in that essentially your alarm will go off but no one is alerted!! Please choose someone else that actually cares about their customer's safety and respects their homes.
